Bank tellers are the front liners in every bank.  They handle payments, deposits and all other immediate over the counter transactions. They are cheerful, courteous, presentable, warm and very professional in dealing with their clients. They undergo trainings and seminars in ensuring right customer relations to their clients and for better understanding of facts that matters with their concerns.

Bank Teller Job Responsibilities

• Always wear a pleasant smile especially when transacting with clients.
• Ensure correct and accurate transactions with clients.
• Always be pleasant and attentive to the needs of the clients.
• Provide the necessary required information.
• Finish all daily transactions within the day.
• Balance all the transactions versus the cash on hand at the end of the day.
• Ensure that no fake bills/counterfeit money is received.
• Properly file all the necessary documents at the end of the day.
• Accommodate clients cheerfully and politely.
• Ensure that every transaction is satisfactorily completed before a customer leaves the counter.
