A Colombian company is giving scholarships to women who are out of work, here we tell you how you can apply.
A Colombian company dedicated to virtual education has taken the initiative to give 1,000 scholarships to women who are unemployed or who are thinking of changing their work environment. The scholarships that the Colombian company is giving are focused on: customer service, sales and technology. Calls are open until August 31.
The duration of these programs is 20 hours and there will be 25 coursesthat are focused on meeting the needs of the current labor market. The three programs offered by Ubits are designed and havecomponents for professional projection, employability and emotional intelligence.
“We have always been clear that education is the key to eliminating the gaps that we live in Colombia. These scholarships will have the objective of helping women to find a job or to get a better one”, highlights Martha Forero, co-founder of Ubits.
The courses last three months and upon successful completion, the company agrees to send the different resumes of the beneficiaries to the companies that may need personnel with the profiles they formed. In this way, not only is the scholarship guaranteed, but also a job opportunity.

- Availability of time to take 2 weekly courses for 3 months.
