The main responsibility of warehouse manager is to create various effective strategies and plans for managing all activities and operations of warehouse. He is responsible for assigning the task to employee as per their designation. He is responsible for maintaining proper stock in storage so that he can analyze daily delivery of goods from warehouse.

• He is responsible for timely delivery of goods and gets receipt which ensures date and quantity of delivered goods.

• He is responsible for making a progress graph of warehouse dealing so that he can keep track development rate of warehouse easily.
• He is responsible for maintaining a daily report of employee attendance, daily consumption of goods, and availability status of vehicles with goods so that he can inform daily progress to logistics manager.
• He is responsible for keeping records of daily bank transaction of company.
• Warehouse manager is responsible for developing some cost reducing strategies over all activities of warehouse.
• The responsibility of warehouse manager is to keep track on daily work of warehouse with the billing status.
