The position of the trainee manager refers to a profile where the individual at this position has to manage and look after a number of tasks in the office domain. The training being conducted generally goes on for a certain pre- fixed period of time. The trainee is assigned a mentor who analyzes the performance of the trainee.
Trainee Manager Job Responsibilities
- The trainee manager is responsible to follow all the instructions/ directions given by his or her mentor.
- The trainee manager is responsible and obligated to complete all the tasks assigned to him/ her in due time given for it. The tasks should be completed efficiently.
- The trainee is responsible to show initiative in participating in the training programs and experiences.
- The trainee is required to learn quickly and demonstrate increasing expertise in the managerial and other responsibilities.
- The trainee is responsible to report to his/ her mentor everyday and follow the time restrictions put forth by the superiors.
- The trainee is responsible to adhere to all of the rules and regulations set up for employee, so that the decorum of the office space is maintained.
- The trainee is responsible to report to his/ her mentor after completion of each task assigned to him/ her.
- The trainee is required to keep his/ her mentor updated about the status of the project or task he has been assigned.
- The trainee is responsible for preparing a report which presents the learning experience of training.
