- They help and support the Sales Team in their day to day activities
- They attend all the incoming calls and coordinate and transfer them to the concerned person
- They help to maintain a proper filing for all branch documentation
- They even provide back-office support to the sales team
- They serve as well as provide their support to existing customers as well as in establishing a new customer base.
- They help in understanding the customer’s need and requirement and recommend a suitable advertising space and marketing channels.
- They take the responsibility of maintaining the customer database
- They help the sales team in the development of trade and commercial relationships
- With the help of special tools they manage contracts and corporate / trade information
- They act as an intermediary with customers, business partners and third party suppliers / vendors
- They help in the management of correspondence.
- They also organize contacts between the sales team and their customers
- They maintain and keep an up-to-date record of visits as well as sales
- They help to process all the invoices
- They help in the preparation of estimates and quotations for customers such as group requests
- They help to draft tender documents and contracts
- They compile sales report
- They assist with Events and Marketing projects
- They perform many other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to them from time to time
