- The recruitment trainees are responsible for gathering data/ information on the respective client and analyze their industry, market condition, their work culture and environment. This information is then used to provide the clients what they need.
- The recruitment trainee is responsible for understanding the open job positions and then approaching the suitable candidates.
- The recruitment trainee is responsible for the basic/ first level screening of all the candidates and then provide the consultant with a shortlist of the candidates that are suitable to be passed in to next stage.
