A motor coach driver is a person who drives a motor coach which is privately owned by a company which deals in tours and packages. These drivers may be assigned the duty of driving passengers from one place to another which can either be a short trip or a long trip. As travel and tourism is seeing a new increased business in the world, the popularity of motor coaches is increasing and hence requirement of motor coach drivers is also rising up. • Motor coach drivers are responsible for knowing all the routes and ways which fall on their line of tours and trips.

• Motor coach drivers are also responsible for collecting fares and acting like guides at times during the tours.

• Motor coach drivers are the ones who are solely responsible for the safety of the passengers on the motor coach and are required to drive safely and by following traffic rules and regulations.

• Motor coach drivers are responsible for keeping the motor coach neat and clean at all times.

• Motor coach drivers are also responsible for stopping at key places during the tours such as monuments, famous places etc.
