Gardener Responsibilities

The major responsibility of the gardener is to maintain the beauty of the plants and the trees which are placed in the garden. His responsibility is to give the best structure to every plant present in the garden and make sure that each and every plant has to be maintained well. Gardener basically works on government bodies, private sectors, landscaping services and any business organization. They sometimes work as part time and sometimes work on the contract basis.

• The major responsibility of the gardener is totally depends on the season as his duty change accordingly.
• He has to understand the basic quality of the soil on which he is working; this will help him to grow the well developed plants.
• His responsibility is to select the right seeds which will be helpful in growing the most relevant plant because the growth of plant will totally depends on the best seed.
• His responsibility is to select the best fertilizer which will also helpful in the growth of the plant.
• Gardener must prepare the garden according to the need of the people and make sure that he will satisfies his customers or the organization in which he is working.
• He must water the whole lawn or garden which is his major responsibility.
