According to Arevalo, “it is important that they have strategic thinking, focus on results and leadership, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the business, knowledge of technological tools, ERP (enterprise resource planning) and / or CRM (customer relationship management) and have the ability to generate matrix reports and multilevel communication”.

“It is not uncommon to see business administrators practicing their profession in sectors as disparate and divergent as productive, services, entertainment, agriculture, education, and even see them developing their careers in technology companies, in politics or in the public sector,” Alonso concluded.
